I disagree when you question to decide the game by penalties. For those that grown up playing soccer in South America, penalties are played all the time…penalties are a challenge for both, kicker and goal keepers…penalties are a part of the game and contributes to the highly stressful challenging game…look at bmpee, he kicked the penalties in a rush, while other kickers are so escare to kick a penalty he showed absolut control of the situation…penalties are the most stressful activity for a soccer
