‘Willice Samuel’

‘Willice’

«Of Philly’s Finest»

Philadelphia, «E Pluribus Unum,» – ‘Out of The Many, One!’ Unlike that of other cities, life had been good for many folks in spite of the massive gentrification, politicalizing, politicalized racial polarization, anarchy, crime, capitalization, gun-pollution, gun-addiction, drug-addiction, social desease, hunger, homelessness, incarceration, drug-czars and gangs, police brutality and corruption, state, city and private business white-collar crime and corruption, and a ‘God-Given Need for Salvation and Forgiveness. Not at all unlike other large cities across the nation. But, in this town of Philly, there is much to be offered… and received. There is great pride in home ownership here… (non-home-ownership is just as great a reward for residing in this place as well). There are four major universities of higher learning; with two major colleges, i.e., Philadelphia Community College; on Spring Garden Street with multiple satellite campus locations; and The Berean Institute College; (formerly of Girard Avenue in the heart of North Philadelphia); in and around the Philadelphia surrounding area.

This town; formerly the fourth-largest city in America; a hot-bed of sports champions and teams… the home of Champion Boxing greats, The Philadelphia Eagles in NFL Football, The 76r’s in Basketball, The Philadelphia Wings in Soccer, The Philadelphia Flyers in Hockey, The Phillies in Baseball, The Taney Street Dragons Little League Baseball Team, «Philly’s World Champions»; with many other fine sports teams and supporters; a strong and proud city of diverse people, Museums, Art Galleries, Restaurants of Highly Classed Cuisine(s) and Fine Culture; home to «The Rocky Statue and Balboa University.» A Philly neighbor to New Jersey; across the river, is separated by the Mighty Delaware River; slicing through Philly, the Energetic and Unrelenting ‘Schuylkill’ River running through it; hosting many ‘Sculls,’ Scullies and other type of boat races… in «Fairmount Park!»

«Fairmount Park,» (rivaled only by ‘New York’s Central Park)… is Home to ‘The First National Zoo in America!’

A city immersed in its pride of being a diverse unwavering metropolis, possessing enormous bursts of wonderment, appreciation, adventure, and imagination. Fairmount Park, a vast outdoor world of the old and the new… a wilderness of discovery; a fanciful land of activities for the whole family, oriented in friendship – «Brotherly Love and Sisterly Affection!» A soulful experience for all who take part in venturing forth, partaking of its wonderful pleasures… offerings of bountiful majesty; gifted to one and all, by ‘Mother Nature’ and the ‘Grace of God!’

… But a deadly town non-the-less.

The time is now… your time… our time, an un-yielding vast and everlasting holistic experience across the region. A Philadelphia Story of Your Struggle(s), Our Struggle(s), The Struggles of Life In Philly! The exceptions to the rule are those who have no struggles, or so they say. Willice and his kin fare no differently than the average folk in and around town… like many in the law enforcement community and those of many Philadelphia Civil Servants; Willice has paid his dues many times over. He’s gone that extra mile a bit more times than expected, required, or unaccepted by many who serve. The trials and tribulations associated with his career climb and life goals, have forced him into a war with a beast no one could have ever possibly imagined. Quadrupled with his fight against the systematic engine designed to keep him and people of his particular persuasion in a set place… their place. He labored with the struggle in hanging onto his job, his family, his life, and his steadfast dedication to his vows of protecting the people, his never-ending fight against the very people with whom he is forced to deal and work along-side, each and every day.

«Willice Samuel’s family arrived up North from Georgia by way of Winnsboro, South Carolina. The family settled in Coatesville Pennsylvania, in or about April 1911.

Willice’s Great-Great Grandfather talked about a lynching and burned at the stake murder of a Black Man by a mob of white men who wore masks. He said the Black Man; named Zachariah Walker; was accused of shooting to death a white cop, named Edgar Rice. He was supposed to have been a special police officer in Coatesville. The Willice’s are descendants of America’s lucrative Industry of Black Slavery.»

(«SHAMAN»)

He worked with those who conspired against him, those who wished him humiliated and destroyed. They wish to send a clear and strong message, it’s meaning… «it is we who are in control… it is we who are the strong and controlling faction; while it is you, who are beneath us! It is you, who are destined to serve and remain subservient… forever! Willice Samuel will never be a role model for any… Black, Latino, Asian, or white… and anything in between!»

Willice wasn’t on any mission to make any major social changes… but did not, would not, will not run away or back-down from the challenge of protecting the unprotected.

The crime in the city is at an all-time high. Kids killing kids, in the city and the burbs as well. City’s across the nation are experiencing many ‘Youth Challenges’ coupled with the brash and emboldened mind-sets unleashed by the racist torrents of «white-supremacist» and spit-spewned hatred from the lips of an ‘two-timed-impeached, traitorous, treasonous, insurrectionist, ex-whitehouse commandant; the imitative representation of a «Free-World Leadership!»… «Agent Orange.»

The captain and his team of crime-fighters are also besieged with a desk full of corrupt and cold-cases that need to be posted from ‘red to black’ (in the squad duty room) in a hurry. They are beset with an onslaught of challenges while dealing with public backlash and case solving filibusters from City Hall, City Counsel, and Police Unions, as opposed to the offering of solutions. Organized crime and white-collar investigations are also part of the smorgas-borg of physical and mental assaults facing this team of «Crack-Crime-Fighters!»

If this captain of detectives and his team can tame the ravishing of a rampaging goliath sized beast, what can they possibly do against the strategy of a disciplined algorithm ‘juggernaut’ of a ‘well-oiled-organized-crime-spree’ initiated from multiple directions… the four-corners of the city?

They don’t know it, but these crime-ridden monsters of so-called human-kind, would be better served if they don’t cross the radar of Captain Willice Samuel and Associates… they’ll be a sorry lot it they don’t heed the warning… stay away from anything that would or will put you on a collision course to any and all cases… criminal cases handled by a «Willice Samuel Investigation!»

«If You Can’t Do The Time, Don’t Do The Crime – Willice is on the case!»

Vegas Golden Knights – Greatest Expansion Team in Sports History? Let’s Take A Look

The Vegas Golden Knights have already exceeded the loftiest expectations for fans of an NHL expansion team. They not only advanced to the NHL playoffs, but they swept the LA Kings in the first round. As far as expansion teams go, the Vegas Knights have already secured a seat at the discussion table for greatest first year teams of all time. Today, we take a look at the all time great expansion teams in professional sports history.

Comparing Vegas Knights to Expansion Teams From Other Sports

Vegas blows away expansion NHL teams in terms of success out of the gate. The Florida Panthers were a competitive team, but they were never really a threat to make a run at the Stanly Cup Championship. So, to make the case that the Vegas Knights are the best expansion team in history, we should compare them to the best first year franchise teams in other sports.

Vegas Golden Knights Versus the Best MLB First Year Teams

The Los Angeles Angels were the only team to finish the season with more than 70 wins. The Golden Knights had a +.7 points differential during the regular season. The LA Angels were a -.3. When you consider that in baseball more total runs are scored per game, this stat is even greater. So, by far they have easily beat the LA Angels as far as the best NHL first year team versus the NFL.

Lets now give a quick rundown against the other professional sports:

In the NBA the 1967 Chicago Bulls are rated at the top of the list for most successful NBA expansion teams. Nobody has been able to surpass their 33 win season as a first year team. The were still well below a.500 team and never in any serious discussions for being a being a Championship caliber team.

What was the Vegas Golden Knights record during the regular season? They went 51-24 with 7 OTL (overtime losses). Only the Tampa Bay Lightning (54), The Nashville Predators (53), and the Winnipeg Jets (52) had more victories during the regular season. Vegas was in uncharted waters, and setting historic records for expansion teams all throughout the season.

In the NFL, no team has won more than 7 games during their inaugural season. The Carolina Panthers went 7-9 in 1995. So, once again, there isn’t a team in football that can even hold a candle to the performance of the Vegas Knights.

Vegas Golden Knights are The Greatest Expansion Team in Sports History – Hands Down

In Conclusion, the Vegas Golden Knights run away with «Greatest Expansion Team in Sports History Award.» The Golden Knights were a 200-1 longshot to win the Stanley Cup (Vegas odds) at the beginning of the season. Now, they are 4-1 odds to bring home the cup.

If the Vegas Golden Knights never win another game during the rest of the playoffs, they still can stake claim as being the greatest expansion team in sports history.

It’s very ironic that a «Vegas» sports team would be able to defy such long odds to perform so well. If you want to win over a fan base, all an expansion team has to do is perform well and provide hope for the future. In Vegas, the future is NOW! Whatever happens from here on out is just icing on the cake. The Vegas Golden Knights are here to stay and their growing fan base could not be any more excited!

Interesting Facts About Olympic Nations – Burkina Faso

Did you know…

Aristide Sawadogo plays in the NBA Development League. He was born on December 28, 1981 in Ouagadougou, the capital city of Burkina Faso. Aristide studied at Lycee Philipe Zinda Kabore in Burkina. His idol is Earvin «Magic» Johnson.

Upper Volta competed at the Summer Olympic Games in 1972. It became Burkina Faso in 1984 and has since competed under that name in 1988, 1992, 1996, 2000 and 2008.

The two most popular sports in Burkina Faso -also known simply as «Burkina»- are football and athletics.

The National Olympic Committee was founded in 1965.

The 21st African Cup of Nations was held in Ouagadougou in 1998.

Burkina -it is about the size of the United Kingdom, New Jersey and Delaware combined- sent 4 sportspeople to the 1992 Olympics in Spain. It competed in athletics (3) and judo (1).

Many sports websites confused the name of Burkina Faso -an ex French colony in Africa – with the name of Burundi. For example: the website of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF), one of the largest sports organizations in the world.

Burkina Faso won the bronze medal at the 2001 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Trinidad and Tobago. Burkina Faso, led by Paul Gorogo, beat Argentina 2-0 to capture the bronze medal. The children received a heroes’ welcome when they returned to Burkina Faso, one of the world’s seven poorest nations. The medalists were: Abdoul Kontougomde, Lassana Kanoute, Hamidou Kere, Zerephin Sore, Ousmane Dabre, Jeannot Bouyain, Amadou Coulibaly, Saidou Pahandetiquiri, Henock Conombo, Abdoul Aziz Nikiema, Wilfried Sanou, Abdoulaye Ouedraogo, Boureima Ouattara, Karim Bamba, Oumarou Ouedraogo, Wally Said Korabou, Paul Gorogo, Aboubacar Fofana.

The Burkinabe Olympic Committee sent six athletes to the Olympic Games in the People’s Republic of China. They were: Elisabeth Nikiema (swimming/ 50m freestyle), Idrissa Sanou (athletics/ 100m), Aissata Soulama (track and field/ 400m hurdles), Julien Ouedraogo (fencing/ individual sabre), Hanatou Ouelgo (judo/ 48 kg), Rene Yougbare (aquatics/ 50m freestyle). Ironically, Burkina Faso does not have diplomatic relations with Beijing.

Burkina won two medals at the 1st Pan African Games in 1965.

This African country finished in 10th place at the 1999 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Auckland (New Zealand). Burkina Faso won the silver medal at the 1999 FIFA U-17 African Championship. The players were Daouda Diakite, Lamine Traore, Jose Yameogo, Aboubacar Sanou, Soumaila Tassambedo, Charles Pafadnam, Patrick Zoundi, Bourema Maiga, Tanguy Barro, Moussa Kabore, Djibril Campaore, Siaka Sanou, Ibrahim Kabore, Issaka Ouedraogo, Ousseni Zongo, Alhassan Gambo, Gaston Rouamba, Jean Kabore.

Like Kenya and Ghana, Upper Volta boycotted the Olympic Games in 1976 and 1980.

Olivier Sanou won the gold medal in the triple jump at the 2002 African Championships in Tunisia. He was the first athlete from Burkina Faso to win an international gold medal.

In the late 1990s and early 2000s, Gaston Roumba was one of the best young players in Burkina. He once said: «My family lives in Ouagadougou, but I’ve stayed at the Centre for three years, since it was established. We’ve played a lot of games to get this far. Our biggest success so far was to qualify for the youth competition in France during the World Cup. We won a tough game against Mali, winning on penalties after a 0-0 draw. The atmosphere in France was amazing, with supporters from all over the world. I was so happy to be a footballer. I saw five matches, supporting Nigeria. They were unlucky not to go through».

One of the most remarkable athletes is Aissata Soulama (track & field). This sportswoman finished in 11th place in the 400m hurdles at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. She was the flag-bearer for her country at the Opening Ceremony of the Games of the XXIX Olympiad.

Burkina Faso competed at the Francophone Games in 1994.

Like Laos and Myanmar, Burkina has never won an Olympic medal.

This African country qualified for the 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship in the United Arab Emirates. The team finished in 14th place.

Macho men are certainly expected to look muscular and sexy in swim wears. But do women love somewhat effeminate men more than macho males? Scientists report that women lust for partners with more feminine features because they are unable to trust the strong muscular men.

Rank 1: Colin Firth is an English film, television and stage actor.

Rank 8: Wentworth Miller is a Golden Globe-nominated American actor. Born in England, he is a critically acclaimed young actor with amazing performances both television and feature films.

Rank 9: David Beckham is an English professional football midfielder who currently plays for and captains Major League Soccer’s Los Angeles Galaxy. He is also a member of the England national team. Beckham was captain of England from 15 November 2000 to 2 July 2006.

Rank 10: John Cusack is an American film actor and writer. He won the 1990 Most Promising Actor CFCA Award for ‘Say Anything’, the 1998 Favorite Supporting Actor Blockbuster Entertainment Award for Con Air and the 2000 Commitment to Chicago Award.

Listed on People magazine’s annual survey, George Clooney was declared the sexiest man of 2006 and therefore a delight to watch in swimwear. He is winning this coveted title for the second consecutive year.

Strangely, the two-time winner, Brad Pitt is relegated to number 15. The other contenders of the People magazine’s annual survey included actor Patrick Dempsey who was awarded the second slot, and Ashton Kutcher the third. Taye Diggs secured the fourth position ahead of Johnny Depp placed at number five.

The remaining five out the top ten in the list are TV actors Josh Duhamel at number six, Enrique Murciano at the 7th position, Leonardo DiCaprio on the eighth spot, followed by comedian John Krasinski at number nine and Jake Gyllenhaal at number 10.

FIFA World Cup 2010: Celebrate A Goal With ‘Diski’ and Soda

The FIFA World Cup in South Africa has been the most colourful of them all. There has been no dearth of incidents, whether to do with the modes of celebration or contentious equipment or refereeing. Here’s a sampling:

Celebrating A Goal? Here, Have Some Diski And Soda:

Arguably the greatest contributions of footballers, Peter Crouch and Juergen Klinsmann, are the dances they invented for use in celebrating a goal scored.

But now the time has come to put ‘The Robot’ by Crouch, and ‘The Dive’ by Klinsmann, to pasture.

For here comes the ‘Diski’, that South Afrtica’s Tshabalala and his team-mates have invented…

Nigerian Kaita Falls To Earth:

Nigerian player Sani Kaita has made a tearful apology to his countrymen, for the red card he earned against Greece, resulting in his team’s 2-1 loss in the group E match.

The match was crucial to Nigeria’s hopes of advancing to the round of 16, and the team was leading 1-0 at the time of the incident, thanks to a free kick taken by Kalu Uche.

Kaita was sent off after he kicked Greek defender Vasileios Torosidis in a rough tackle.

No More Pecnik For Slovenia At FIFA World Cup 2010:

In their match against USA, Slovenia forward Nejc Pecnik broke his ankle.

The injury marks an early end to the World Cup, for Pecnik, who will not feature in the starting line up Slovenia take on England on Wednesday.

This is a crucial encounter, especially for England, who will have to pack their bags, if they don’t win. In contrast, even a draw would be enough for Slovenia to qualify for the round of 16.

I Have Seen Many Balls, But FIFA’s Are The Worst, Says Capello:

Complaints about the Jambulani ball used at this World Cup refuse to ebb.

Apart from unhappyplayers, the latest complaint was beleaguered England coach Capello. This is what he had to say about it: ‘This is the worst ball I ever saw’. And he has seen many, in his long career, as coach.

But not all players are unhappy. The Brazilian midfielder Kaka actually kissed the Jambulani, in public view. If you’re wondering why Kaka finds FiFA’s new ball good enough to kiss, there’s a simple enough explanation. Kaka is a brand ambassador for Adidas, the company that manufacturers the Jambulani.

Referee Undiano Undone by Klose Call:

The Germans were hard done by in their match against Serbia. For what appeared to be a relatively innocuous foul committed on Dejan Stankovic, Klose was given a second yellow card and marching orders, by referee Undiano.

The card happy referee went on a whistling spree, issuing four cards in the first ten minutes. His final tally was a gasp inducing 10.

Referee Coulibaly Ends With Kek On Face:

The USA Slovenia match ended bizarrely with ref Coulibaly disallowing what appeared to be a legal goal by Maurice Edu, of the USA, thus denying the Americans of a deserved win.

The decision was all the more weird as Coulibaly chose to ignore an offside in the second goal Slovenia scored. Slovenia’s coach Kek was the only happy man, on the night.

Role Definition For College Basketball’s Associate Head Coach

College basketball is one of the most popular sports in the world. Head coaches at the Division I level are paid handsomely as are many of their staff members. The make up of coaching staffs is a confusing issue for the average fan. This article will clear up the role of the head coach associate head coach assistants, and support staff.

During most college basketball games on television a fan notices a large collection of suits. These suits represent members of the coaching staff of each respective school. Five, seven, or ten staff can be present on the bench during games. Who are all of these people?

The average college staff comprises the head coach and his assistant coaches. The number of assistants depends on the size and level of the program. A smaller school can have one, two, or possibly three assistant coaches. Mid level colleges, such as Division II and lower Division I, may have three to five assistant coaches. At the highest Division I level a support staff of coaches may reach seven or eight. Assistant coaches make up only part of the entire staff. Managers, trainers, graduate assistants, and statisticians can also be part of the bench make up.

A recent development at the college level is the associate head coach This is a confusing situation, and I to explain how this works.

Titles generally don’t mean a lot on college coaching staffs. You are either an assistant or a manager, basically.

The title of first assistant has little value as all assistants work just as hard or harder, in the case of graduate assistants at times.

The Associate head coach has been created to help assistants get head coaching jobs in two ways.

1. The title sets them apart from the rest of the staff externally/image- wise. It gives a coach with the title a little more leverage if the head coach moves on they they may look at the associate head coach first before going outside. Another factor is it can be a way to get this assistant more money, again separating him from the others. This title also can be a detriment in terms of staff chemistry. Egos are bruised and pride kicks in.

2. The associate head coach may help if an assistant looks applies for a head coach position at another school. An Athletic Director may look at an Associate head coach with more interest than «just an assistant.»

Remember that every staff is different in their approach to using the associate head coach title. There may be a plan behind it or just window dressing. Many programs and many head coaches have many different approaches to staff building. I hope this article will help you understand why so many suits adorn each college bench this winter.

Top Five Off-Field Controversies Of Balotelli In 2011

Mario Balotelli has become a legend of Premier League football in a very short span of time and not just for his on-field antics of which there is no dearth. For some unknown reason, fans love to see characters in sport rather than efficient automatons who perform on the pitch and are unheard of, off it. And that trend makes Balotelli all the more popular with followers of the game.

In this article I take a look at the top five off-field controversies that Manchester City’s star Italian striker was involved in during the year 2011:

Controversy # 5: Balotelli Buys Motorbike, Banned From Riding It: July 2011

The Italian ace bought a Harley Davidson and whizzed around Manchester on it before club manager Mancini got wind of it. The player was immediately banned from riding the motorbike owing to the risk of injury arising from it.

Controversy # 4: Gets His Car Impounded 27 Times In First Nine Days: April 2011

The player set a record average of three parking violations a day in the first nine days of driving his Maserati in England, keeping Man City club valets busy in recovering the car from the police.

Controversy # 3: Tops £300,000 In Club Fines: April 2011

Balotelli set a new record for fines paid at Manchester City when he topped £300,000 after his most recent offence of throwing darts at youth players of the club. He threw the missiles from a first floor window at the club and when questioned is reported to have said he did it because he was «bored».

Controversy # 2: Eats Expensive Curry For £150,000: December 2011

Balotelli accompanied by friends went out for a late night curry eat out 48 hours before the crucial match with Chelsea thereby breaking the curfew imposed by Man City manager Mancini. The infringement cost the star striker £150,000 or a week’s wages, making it the most expensive curry ever eaten, in the history of humanity.

And The Winner Is:

Controversy # 1: Sets House on Fire: October 2011

Mario Balotelli set his house on fire after letting off fireworks in his bathroom early morning on Saturday, October 22, 2011. Two fire crews using breathing apparatus were summoned at about 1 am on Saturday to Balotelli’s house in Mottram St Andrew, Cheshire. The police were also summoned and their main challenge was to keep the Manchester City striker from going back into his house to recover belongings.

What Makes A Complete Striker?

In a gathering of football enthusiast, discussing and debating over football issues; some relevant and some others irrelevant. A few about individual players and others about teams with great exploits, teams that have defiled all odds to achieve extra ordinary success, the debate got hotter, and the tempo was raised, then propped up this topic; «Who is the best striker in Europe»?

Silence there was, each sinking into himself. It was a topic that made me ponder, but there is another side to this controversy; what really makes a striker? What are the qualities of a striker? How do we distinguish strikers from strikers?

Pondering over the interesting topic, ideas sprung up; views of mine came alive. The fundamental question as stated above needed urgent answers to put the debate to rest. First, who is a striker? A striker is a front man in team football, whom the whole team look up to produce goals, that will bring victory, he’s that man who bangs the net with goals

Let’s review what really makes a striker?

Some of the qualities, which I can deduce of a competent striker, are: height, speed, skills, strength, wits, calculation and the ability to tear apart opposing defenses single-handedly and most important of all, good finishing.

The rave making strikers in Europe presently, do possess some, if not all, of the above-mentioned qualities of a striker. Possessing of all the above-mentioned qualities makes a striker formidable. The greatest strikers in the footballing history possess all the qualities; the likes of Delima Ronaldo, The great Pele, Roberto Baggio, Romario, etc. which made them famous and deadly during their peak years, in the days of old.

Wayne Rooney, Didier Drogba, Fernando Torres, Lionel Messi, Samuel Eto’o, Cristiano Ronaldo, Diego Milito, Gonzalo Higuain, and the likes, are all proven goal scorers, who will bury any chance they get and will punish any defensive line up.

Analyzing each of the a fore-mentioned players, will bring to the fore the fact that all these are formidable strikers, who score on a regular basis. England has always being blessed with intelligent and proven strikers at different points in time. There was a time it was Andy Cole, one of the best players that ever wore the red and white England jersey, the first player in the history of Premier League to net five goals in a single match, amazing isn’t it? Well his time is past now, but really he mesmerized fans of the then EPL with his exceptional skills and goal scoring prowess.

There was Alan shearer, what do I have to say about this exceptionally good striker? He equaled Andy Cole’s record of five goals in a single match; he scored goals from different angles of the pitch, from different match situations: set pieces, counter-attack, open play and from even unlikely and remote angle of the pitch, as a result of his forceful style of play, some section s of the fans were not friendly with him, same made him one of the most-feared during his time in the Premier League. Although he has not been successful as a manager, failing to save Newcastle UTD from the relegation troubles, which caused its fall.

The English Footballing world woke to the 2009/2010 season to experience something different, an experience of goal banging, an all-round action experience; The Wayne Rooney Experience. Wayne Rooney as a player has grown to be very matured and confident. Watching the Rooney of five seasons ago in comparison to this season’s, one would clearly notice the improvement in his style of play, his conduct on the pitch, team coordinating brilliance and the likes. All these improvements in Wayne Rooney have made him to be a very formidable and fearful striker in the world football. One of the talents which Rooney possess that endeared him to me and the football fans in general, is his ability to terrorize opposing defenses single-handedly with sheer brilliance. Rooney has scored 38 goals so far this season, and most of them have through his individual brilliance, although with the help of team mates, who have mastered his play in recent games.

Team work is another of his talent which he puts on display in each match, he with his powerful and brilliant, has been able to foster unity in the team in terms of field play, he distributes accurate passes, he doesn’t hold on to the ball meaninglessly, positions himself in the best possible position to be spotted for pass release which on a good day results to goal.

Away from England, and unto the European scene, there is this player, who some have wrongly compared to a great football legend, the player who single-handedly destroy opposing teams, not only with his goals, but also with his passes, dribbles, speed, strength and all the rest.

The player, who is the current World Player of the Year, the most dangerous player on the planet presently; Lionel Messi! Some regard him as the «merciless», some others say he’s the greatest player to walk the earth surface, but I strongly disagree to this notion. You run out of adjectives trying to describe him, no doubt he’s a good player, proven goal-scorer, intelligent destroyer of opposing teams and worst of all he causes night mare to defenders, especially in the Spanish La Liga and also the Champions League, the two competitions which he plays his best football.

The «merciless» truly shows no mercy to teams and players that stands on his way to victory. He has scored 40 goals this season; his finishing and goal build-up play clearly spells out his superiority in Europe. He is being criticized for not excelling in big games with high expectation from him; he silenced his critics against Arsenal, after his well taken four goals to send Arsenal crashing out of Europe’s elite club competition.

Resting the debate, I’ll say strikers should be rated with different stats, the inability of a striker to score plenty goals does not mean he’s not a good striker. Fernando Torres is a brilliant striker, but he has not been able to score lots of goals doesn’t mean he’s not a complete striker. A complete striker is one who scores goals, has the ability to turn the game around with individual skill, spaces himself in the right positions to be given the ball and buries it at the back of the net. A striker is a playmaker.

Super Bowl Charters

When you think of airline travel you have two choices. You can either fly commercial or you can charter a plane to get you where you want to be. Both get you to your destination, but have wildly different takes on airline travel. If you are going on a business trip, chartering a jet can allow you to conduct meetings and work en route. But what about for a family vacation or a weekend away? Yes, you can charter to that, and what if you charter to football’s biggest game, the Super Bowl? If you don’t live near the stadium where the game is to be played, why not?

The Super Bowl is an annual event, played on the first Sunday in February and features the winners of the AFC against the winners of the NFC. Back in the day, the AFC and the NFL were rival leagues but they merged in 1970 to form what we know today as the NFL. While the merger was taking shape, they agreed that the winners of both leagues would play a championship game and the Super Bowl was born. The first edition of the ‘big game’ was played in 1967. To be fancy and to stand out, each game after was known by the Roman Numeral for its number, all except Super Bowl 50 which used the numeric in their logo. Another interesting fact about football’s biggest game is that in odd numbered games the winners of the NFC are granted the home team, while in even numbered games that nod goes to the winners of the AFC.

It is also a neat fact that no team has ever played a Super Bowl in their home stadium. In fact, there are four teams that have never played in that game at all. Detroit, Cleveland, Jacksonville and the Houston Texans have never got to that all exciting final game of the season. Teams that have seen success though include Pittsburgh with 6 wins and both Dallas and San Francisco who have 4 wins each.

So, if you don’t live in the designated Super Bowl city, charter your way there. You’ll be happy you did, as you can design a schedule, you will have plenty of leg, shoulder, head and elbow room and you can configure the cabin any way your heart desires. Throw in the lack of long security lines and we have a winner!
